Promoting socio-professional inclusion of vulnerable young people under the age of 30
Luxembourg is a nearly unique country in terms of multiculturalism, as foreigners make up 47% of the total population. (STATEC, January 2020).
Although recent surveys confirm the Grand Duchy’s status as a welcoming place to live (source: ASTI, STATEC), constant challenges remain.
Income inequalities are rising steadily (STATEC, January 2020), and are even more pronounced in the wake of the pandemic.
Young workers, already at a disadvantage before the crisis, are more affected by the pandemic than the older population.
For applicants for international protection, integration issues (access to the job market, housing, etc.) remain a priority.

What we do
André Losch Fondation supports projects that promote the inclusion of young people aged between 16 and 30, without training, access to work or housing.
By supporting integration initiatives, the Foundation aims to contribute to social cohesion, inclusion and sharing in Luxembourg.
